365 days are too many to retrospect!

First article of the year.

As the year comes to an end we see surge in the posts about how it went. A lot of retrospectives. It feels kind of nice to see what all we manage to get done and experience.

But there is certainly one thing to enhance here.
Why do we look back only at the end of the year, instead of doing it weekly or monthly; where we can actually do something about what we learnt instead of having a yearly slab or retrospect and project?

This new year I am going to look back more often and do something about it.

365 days are too many to retrospect and too many to plan in advance than 7!
