Broken tampered glass!
The funny life lesson.
So, I got a new phone recently and the charger brick fell on it. The tempered glass had a tiny bit of a crack. It did feel super bad considering it was just the day 2 with the phone. Lucky that we got the tempered glass put on it!
As days passed the crack grew and covered the whole corner of the phone.
My first reaction: oh man, this is super bad and it feels bad! Why did the “glass” broke??? Why such things happen?
And then! The eureka moment hit. Well, the glass was put for the protection of the phone. It did it’s job 100%. The function was to protect at thr expense of it’s breaking. So, feeling bad for it is unreasonable. Actually I should be happy that it broke and did it’s job.
We must zoom out like this in order to capture the whole picture than saddening about smaller things. Realisation like this are super interesting.
